PDF Xchange Editor is really the best PDF reader I’ve found. Seriously, some other readers out there (COUGH COUGH, ADOBE READER) are garbage and barely work for simple export request. They cannot even come close to the function that this software provides.
First, I can reformat the PDFs to 4 pages at a time (rather than the single file format that it often is downloaded in), highlight, scribble, time stamp, take notes and export them, and more. Between this app and Z Library, I’ve become unstoppable.
